This one is really becoming
one of my all-time favourites. Jae Lee's art is amazingly human (no pun
intended), and the "imperfections" on the characters only help
to that.
Whatever you read about
this new series, you'll notice one thing in common: the fact that the
reader can finally relate to these characters. That part is mostly Paul
Jenkin's fault. His stories are well built, well structured, and most
importantly, very well told... which is something that seems to have been
forgotten by the editors at Marvel Comics. It took two outside guys (Joe
Quessada & Jimmy Palmioti) to make marvel publish some good books.
People can only hope that
after the predicted 12 issues, Jae Lee and Paul Jenkis will come to an
agreement with the editors to make Inhumans an ongoing series.
